Анотація


The scientific and technological progress of mankind and modern environmental initiatives, as well as the capabilities of machine-building enterprises are opening up wide opportunities for the development and implementation of high-tech solutions in highly specialized areas of construction, mining and natural-recreational industries. Excavators are one of the main types of construction equipment. Their predominant types are walking, wheeled and crawlers (tracked excavators).

Walking excavators are an example that has the highest load rates but sacrificing mobility. Crawler excavators perform better on slopes and in difficult places. In addition, they have a more stable platform than wheeled excavators. The last ones are the most mobile type of excavators. However, crawlers and wheeled excavators have very limited ability to work on complex terrain such as forests, swamps and mountains. In addition, most modern excavators have quite limited capabilities to extend their functionality. For example, most modern walking excavators are equipped with only one rotary wheel pair, which complicates the process of turning the excavator.

Some walking excavators with four-hinged chassis have quite limited ability to work in difficult to reach areas due to the small angles of rotation of the hinges. Multifunctional all-terrain stepping excavator with the implementation of independent control system of the chassis allow to work in the most difficult places, such as steep slopes of mountains, quarries, banks of water, forests, on narrow stair slopes, etc.

The prototype of the multifunction all-terrain walking excavator was the multifunctional all-terrain excavator with one rotary wheel pair, which limits the possibility of movement on the surface.

The solution to the problem was to create multifunctional all-terrain excavator, which consists of a multifunctional work apparatus with a bucket or clamp, cab, rotary mechanism with hydraulic drive and rotary bearing, a walking chassis consisting of the main frame and four legs on pivot joints with support surfaces and wheels. The front of the chassis can also be further equipped with a winch.
