Evaluation of the quality of the internal microstructure of fused components during laser fusion

Анотація


Formulation of the problem. The technology fast prototyping of products now is taking one of leading positions in the world of modern production. It easy to explain, because as a tool this technology uses a focused laser beam. Opportunities of a laser beam are unique. The main advantages are lack of contact phenomena in the processing zone, the flexibility of the production process, and so on [1]. Nowadays one of the basic schemes of realization this process is the scheme injecting a stream of powder into the laser treatment zone. The main problem during the realization of this technology is that always it is necessary to control a level of the dispersed phase in the zone of laser treatment. This article is proposed the solution to this problem is quite a simple way, namely with the help using the set of interchangeable internal and external nozzles.
Results of the conducted researches. For research of internal structure of fused components, the authors of this article have used the methods of mathematical statistics. As a response function was selected the continuity (which is considered one of the main criteria for assessing product quality) of the internal structure of the fused components. After analysis of the received information, it was found an opportunity to control the level of the dispersed phase in the laser treatment zone. And also it was found the optimal indicators of the integrity of the internal microstructure of the fused components (1,2%).
Conclusions
-It was found the optimal modes of the process of laser fusion of powder material.
-It was received the mathematical model continuity of the internal structure of the fused components.
-It was proved the adequacy of theoretical calculations.
